A brand that speaks to the history of Upstate New York and the stories Hudson holds from a past time.

Last October, Julia and Juan connected with us and shared their vision to expand their real estate invesments in Hudson, New York and beyond. We found their ideal guests typically are wanderlust travelers that escape from their high-performance careers in metropolitan cities and emerge themselves in local culture, cusine, and nature.

Sydney took the lead on research and development and found inspiration in Hudson's history. It was first established city in the United States - that is after the American Revolution & establishment of the thirteen colonies, It also became one of the most important whaling centers in the 1840s. The antique, earthy palette and font selection support the towns history, but allow Julia & Juan to explore adding properties that have the same vintage character.
